Shanghai Auto Show 2011 - Nissan Sport Compact Concept


The Japanese manufacturer Nissan revealed an interesting prototype Shanghai Motor Show 2011. This is the Nissan Sport Compact Concept. The car was developed by working closely with its partners in China and is based on Nissan Micra. The look is so typical of popular city ​​car the mark, even if it is equipped with new features that make it more sporting and dynamic. Compact in size and sport in the soul, the Nissan's concept car for the time being will not be produced. But in the future, who knows?


Under the hood of the Nissan Sport Compact Concept installed a 1.6 turbo petrol 190 hp power. Not bad for a car that contained absolutely dimensions: 3.48 meters and 1.44 meters high. In particular, the structure has been lowered by about 8 cm compared to the traditional structure of the Nissan Micra.


The new features offered by Nissan continue even in the prototype: The interior has been chosen for a version that uses red accents. The upholstery is made of a mesh fabric that resembles that used for sports shoes.

At no time were any reported production projects for this exciting sport compact. The Nissan Sport Compact would be introduced in the future, but not in Europe. The same manufacturer, said during the presentation that the concept car "Is designed for young customers in emerging countries'.
